Welcome to b\well. By accessing our website at bwell.life or using any of our services — including online ordering, in-store purchases, our VIP text club, or our loyalty program — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this website, purchase cannabis products from b\well, or participate in any of our programs. By accessing bwell.life or entering our dispensary, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and possess a valid, government-issued photo ID to verify your age.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid age verification, or whom we have reason to believe is under 21.
2. Geographic Limitation
b\well is a licensed recreational cannabis retailer operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our website and services are intended solely for use by individuals who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of access or purchase.
All cannabis products purchased at b\well must remain within the state of Massachusetts. Transporting cannabis across state lines is illegal under federal law, regardless of the laws of your home state. b\well is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a customer's transportation or use of products outside Massachusetts.
3. Online Ordering & Pickup
Our online ordering system allows you to browse our menu and place an order for in-store pickup at 220 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
By placing an order, you agree to the following:
You are 21 years of age or older and will provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon pickup
Orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or adjustment
Orders must be picked up during store hours (currently 10am – 7pm daily). Unclaimed orders may be canceled at our discretion
Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash and debit cards. A $3.50 processing fee applies to debit card transactions
Prices displayed online are subject to change and do not include applicable taxes
b\well reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified.
4. In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are subject to Massachusetts cannabis regulations, including purchase limits set by the Cannabis Control Commission. Current limits for recreational customers are:
Up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower per day
Up to 5 grams of cannabis concentrate per day
Up to 500mg of THC in edible products per day
These limits are set by state law and strictly enforced. b\well staff reserves the right to decline a sale if a customer has reached their daily purchase limit or cannot provide valid age verification.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cannabis products and Massachusetts state regulations, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of cannabis products once they have left our premises.
If you believe there is a quality issue with a product you purchased, please contact us at info@bwell.life or 508-413-9427 within 48 hours of purchase. We will review each situation individually and work with you to find a reasonable resolution at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges but will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
b\well is not responsible for the effects of cannabis products on individual users. Everyone responds differently to cannabis, and it is the customer's responsibility to start with an appropriate dose and consume responsibly.
6. VIP Text Club
By joining the b\well VIP text club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from b\well at the phone number you provided. These messages may include promotions, product updates, and dispensary news.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

Opting out will remove you from text communications only and will not affect your ability to shop at b\well
By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to opt in. b\well is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier.
7. Loyalty Program
b\well's loyalty program is administered through Dutchie. By enrolling in the loyalty program, you agree to Dutchie's terms and conditions in addition to these terms. Loyalty points and rewards are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
b\well reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Any misuse or abuse of the loyalty program — including fraudulent activity — may result in forfeiture of points and termination of program participation.
8. Acceptable Use of This Website
By using bwell.life, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without our express written permission
Misrepresent your identity or age
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on bwell.life — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of b\well or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and integrations with third-party platforms including Dutchie, Squarespace, Google Analytics, and our SMS provider. bwell.life and all content, products, and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. b\well does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to bwell.life with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
