Store Experiences & Policies

  • We accept cash and debit cards. There is a $3.50 fee for card transactions. An ATM is available nearby if needed.

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID is required — driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID. Expired IDs cannot be accepted. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

  • No. b\well is a recreational dispensary — all you need is a valid ID showing you're 21+. No prescription or medical card required.

  • That's what our staff is here for. We carry a curated selection of flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, tinctures, and accessories — and our team is trained to match you to the right product for your needs, experience level, and lifestyle. Just ask.

  • Yes, provided you haven't reached your daily purchase limit. Once you hit the legal limit, you cannot purchase again until the following day.

Cannabis Laws in Massachusetts

  • Anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID can purchase recreational cannabis in Massachusetts. You do not need to be a Massachusetts resident — visitors from out of state are welcome to shop.

  • Recreational customers may purchase up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower, 5 grams of concentrate, or 500mg of THC in edibles per day. Massachusetts law caps individual edible servings at 5mg of THC.

  • All cannabis purchased in Massachusetts must stay in Massachusetts. It is illegal under federal law to transport cannabis across state lines, regardless of the laws in your home state.

  • Cannabis may only be consumed on private property where smoking and vaping are permitted. Public consumption — including on the street, beach, or in parks — is prohibited and can result in fines. Please be mindful of your accommodation's rules as well.

  • No. Driving under the influence of cannabis is illegal in Massachusetts. Treat it as you would alcohol — if you've consumed, don't drive.

  • Keep cannabis in its original, sealed packaging and store it in your trunk or a locked compartment while traveling. Open containers in the passenger area are prohibited, similar to open container alcohol laws.

  • As a recreational customer, the state does not track or record your individual purchases. Your privacy is protected.

  • Yes. Recreational cannabis has been legal in Massachusetts for adults 21+ since 2018. Massachusetts is one of the most established legal cannabis markets in the country.
